Wilbert Grant Baldwin, Jr.

Wilbert Grant Baldwin, Jr of Madison, passed away on May 23, 2023.  He was at home,  surrounded by his family.  Mr. Baldwin was born November 26, 1947 in Jefferson, OH to Wilbert Grant and Bessie Kenyon Baldwin.  He worked as a machinist for Biolab until his retirement.  Mr. Baldwin enjoyed woodworking, fishing and time spent volunteering with the Lion’s Club of Morgan County.

Wilbert Grant Baldwin is survived by his wife, Gail and his children, Steven Brand (Amy), Michelle Watson (Richard), Matthew Baldwin (Regina) and Chrissy Thomas (Sam).  Grandchildren are Kate Brand, Aidan Watson, Rylee Watson, Kaylee Baldwin, Maci Baldwin, Matthew Grant Baldwin, Jr., Dawson Thomas and Ella Thomas.  Mr. Baldwin’s surviving siblings are Evelyn Cain, Dorothy Young, Carol Brazda, Barbara Bailey and Patricia Rumskus.

A celebration of life will be held on June 11, 2023 from 2:00 – 5:00pm at the Lions Club building on 1311 Fairgrounds Road, Madison, GA.  Memorials can be made to the Lions Club at P.O. Box 183, Madison, GA 30560.
