Oliver Wendell Hunt, 76 of Greensboro, Georgia died February 7, 2020. Wendell, a native of Greensboro, Georgia was born June 27, 1943 to Thad Lafayette Hunt,Sr. & Ellene Walker Hunt. Hunting, fishing and spending time with his family were his greatest enjoyments. He is survived by his daughters, Wendi May, Julie Vandiver, Kimberly Hunt, Amy Stewart (Brian) and Karri Godbee (Trenton). He leaves grandchildren, Stephanie Moncrief, Brianna May, Jaimey May, Kyle Vandiver, Ryan Vandiver, Bradley Vandiver, Kevin Vandiver, Ronnie O'Neal, Jr., Haley Hunt, Destiny O'Neal, Ethan O'Neal, Katelyn Stewart, Austin Stewart, Lauren Eley, Lea Eley, Lindsey Eley and Kensley Godbee. Also surviving are several great grandchildren. Mr. Hunt leaves two brothers, Thad Hunt, Jr. (Gloria) and Mark T. Hunt (Diane). Mr. Hunt was preceded in death by his parents, Thad Lafayette Hunt, Sr. and Ellene Walker Hunt, as well as, one brother, Larry Richard Hunt.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 11:00 AM New Covenant Church of God located at 2050 Union Point Hwy Greensboro, GA.
