Sharlotte Lenee Green-Conner

Sharlotte Lenee Green-Conner, 57, better known as Charlie, passed away on June 23, 2026 in Athens, Georgia. Charlie was born on November 18, 1968 in Wellton, Arizona to Bart Hibbard and Vivian Robbins. She spent her early years living across the West Coast before moving to Madison, Georgia and marrying Matt Conner, her husband of 27 years.

Charlie will be remembered for her quick wit, big personality, and her unwavering commitment to her family, friends, and community. She was a dedicated philanthropist and used her 24 years at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee to give back to charity and better the lives of others.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Vivian Robbins, and survived by her father, Bart Hibbard; her husband, Matt Conner; her two daughters, Aynslee Conner and Brittni Karat; her grandson, Theodore Karat; and her sister, Shannon Venturo.

A memorial service will be held at a future date and the family will announce the details once finalized for anyone who would like to celebrate her extraordinary life.
