Scott Anthony Schilpf

Scott Anthony Schlipf, 60 of Godfrey, died December 16, 2020.  Scott was born in Meadville, PA on August 14, 1960.  He was the son of the late Henry Ambrose Schlipf and Margaret Weaver Schlipf and step-mother, Betty.  Scott was employed by Pennington Seed Company at the Penn Pak plant in Madison.  He was married to Joyce D Schlipf for 23 years.  Scott enjoyed antiques and repairing watches.

Scott Schlipf is survived by his wife, Joyce and their son, Jacob Schlipf (Jessica).  He also leaves siblings, Kathy Abbott, Eileene O’Day, Steve Schlipf (Carol) as well as a brother-in-law, Jimmy Durand (Rhonda) and sister-in-law, Janie Armstrong(Ben).  He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  Scott was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Vince Schlipf.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Noon at A.E. Carter Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2 pm.  Interment will follow at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
