Sandra Allen

Evelyn Sandra Allen, 73, born October 1, 1949 in Madison, GA passed away peacefully on September 23, 2023.  She is preceded in death by her parents William and Evelyn Allen.  She is survived by her brothers Bill (Angela) Allen and Ben (Carole) Allen.  She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 11 AM in the chapel of A.E. Carter Funeral Home.
