Richard Mark Bishop, Sr.

Richard Mark Bishop, Sr., 65 of Newborn, passed away on January 17, 2025. He was a native of San Antonio, TX.  He was born May 3, 1959 to the late, William F. and Martha Bishop.  Mr. Bishop worked in the banking industry for many years and later went to work with Home Depot as a team lead.  He was an outdoorsman, enjoying hunting of all kinds.  He was an avid UGA Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves fan.  Most of all, he was a family man and a devoted friend.

Richard Mark Bishop, Sr. is survived by his wife, Nathalie M. Bishop and their children, Catherine Bishop Hoopaugh (Jonathan), Richard M. Bishop, Jr., Andrew Guy William Bishop and Lyndsey Ann Bishop.  He also leaves one grandson, Bishop Cayson Hoopaugh.

The family of Mr. Bishop will receive friends on Friday, January 24, 2025 from 1-2 PM.  The funeral service will take place at 2 PM in the chapel.  Interment will follow at the Madison City Cemetery.
