Patsy Guinn Rhoades, 63 of Rutledge, died March 29, 2020. She was born in Madison, GA on February 6, 1957. She was the daughter of Eugene and Annette Moon Guinn. Patsy was married to Timmy Rhoades. She enjoyed crafting and made beautiful decorations. She liked to garden and loved time spent with her husband. They enjoyed travelling together, especially their weekend trips. She adored her grandchildren and loved time spent with family.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
