JoAnn Bryant

JoAnn Jeanette Head Bryant, 68 of Buckhead, died July 11, 2019.  Mrs. Bryant was the daughter of Joe and Maude Brown Bryant.  She was born in Atlanta on November 29, 1950.  She was married to Mr. Steve Bryant.  She worked in the banking industry for many years.  She had worked for C&S Bank as well as the Bank of Madison.  She was a member of Buckhead Baptist Church.  She enjoyed travelling and gardening and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

JoAnn Bryant is survived by her husband, Steve and two daughters, Jennifer Doran & Scott and Kim Jones.  Her grandchildren are Colton Jones and Sarah Doran.  She also leaves siblings, Connie Baker, Darlene Hamilton, Dorothy Deaver, Lamar Echols, Bill Head and Robert Head.  She was preceded in death by siblings, Charles Karas and Carol Head.

The family received friends on Saturday, July 13 from 5-7pm at A.E. Carter Funeral Home.  The funeral service was held on Sunday, July 14 at 3pm at Buckhead Baptist Church.  Interment followed at the Buckhead City Cemetery.
