Jill K Law

Jill K. Law passed away peacefully on June 12, 2025.  She was born May 24, 1958 in Sidney, NY to Carl and Evelyn (Stone) Law.  Jill was labeled a "Blue Baby" and disabled.  Jill was far from that.  This diagnosis did not stop her from living a full life, making many accomplishments. She made many friends in her lifetime.

Jill could not have children, so her brother's and sister's children became her "Babies" and also their babies, the great nieces and nephews. She loved them all, and she did have favorites, and they know who they were.

She had a quick smile and made friends quickly.  However, if you crossed her - you knew it pretty quickly, she did not mince her words.  She spoke Jill-ish.

She loved her wrestling shows and soaps.  And she talked for hours on the phone.  She loved to sew and do her Bible studies, till her memory took away her ability to use the phone or study (read).

She loved to travel, and did so with different family members, making memories for her and them.

She was preceded in death by her father, Carl, mother, Evelyn Law, sister, Georgia Barrett Perry, and brother, Carl II.  As well as both sets of grandparents and one niece.

She is survived by her twin brother, Jack (Packy), sister, Kathy (Randy) Williamson, brothers, Bill, and Michael (Sue), all of Georgia. Brother's Ed, Sidney, and Vernon of New York. Many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews in Georgia and New York.  Along with many cousins and one aunt.

A memorial will be held June 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM at AE Carter Funeral Home in Madison, Georgia.  Her cremated remains will be buried at a later date in the family plot in Windsor, New York.

She is now our special angel.
