James Ronald Childers

James Ronald Childers, 75 of Social Circle passed away on November 22, 2023 at his home.  He was with his wife and son.  Mr. Childers was born in Rutledge on February 26, 1948 to the late Vester James Childers and Pauline Moss Childers.  He is survived by his wife, Julie Childers and son, Chris Childers (Christy).  He also leaves grandchildren, Jesse Middlebrooks (Jessica) and Jared Middlebrooks (Josie).  His great grandchildren are Dixon, Fletcher and Ellie.

A graveside service will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at the Almand Cemetery.  Pastor Lenn Hollingsworth will officiate.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Abbey Hospice or to Cancer research.
