Jack Richard Peters, Sr.

Jack Richard Peters, Sr., 91 of Rutledge, passed away on July 24, 2025. He was a native of Morgan County, born November 6, 1933 to Lillius and Agnes Peters.  Mr. Peters was retired from Schnadig Corporation.

Mr. Peters is survived by two daughters, Denise Perry and Linda Smith.  He also leaves seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Betty Withrow Peters and a son, Richard Peters.

A graveside service will be held at the Buckhead City Cemetery on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice in memory of Mr. Peters.
