April 12, 1949 - May 31, 2025. Jack Henry Lindsey, father and friend, died May 31, 2025. He was 76. He is survived by his sons: Jake (Ashley) and Matthew Lindsey, brother Roy Lindsey (Karen), and his beloved grandchildren, Caroline and Jacob. He was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Cunningham Lindsey and parents Dr. Paul and Catherine Lindsey.
A 1967 graduate of Morgan County High School, Jack graduated from the University of Georgia in 1971 with a degree in Animal Science. An agricultural businessman, he worked at the Department of Natural Resources for many years and raised cattle on his farm in Buckhead. Jack served as a deacon and a member of the choir at Madison Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golf with his sons and friends. He was also a longtime season ticket holder and loyal fan of the Georgia Bulldogs.
Jack loved his family and adored his grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Madison Baptist Church.
