Jack Rountree, Jr, of Mansfield, passed away on November 29, 2024.
Jack was born and raised in Atlanta and was a bat boy for the Atlanta Braves for several years during his childhood. He became a “Jack-of-all trades” and worked as an optician, like his father and his brothers, he also worked in commercial construction sales and specialized in doors and windows; with companies such as Builder's 1st Source, PlyMart, and Caradco. He loved his community, he was an avid fisherman growing up on Lake Hartwell, and living on Lake Oconee for several years. He had an infectious sense of humor and never met a stranger. He will be missed but always remembered by those he touched.
