Henry Alldredge, 77 of Madison, passed away on June 12, 2024. Born in Cullman, Alabama, he was the son of the late, Eual and Loretta Posey Alldredge. Mr. Alldredge was married to Elaine Pinson. While being a jack-of-all-trades, Mr. Alldredge spent most of his career as a carpenter.
Henry Alldredge is survived by hiswife Elaine and three children, Tammy Buffington (Barry), Tina Chaney (Brian) and Wesley Alldredge (Joyce). He leaves grandchildren: Curtis Chaney, Payton Chaney (Cameron), Kaitlin Shubert (Seth), Cassidy Buffington, Jonathan Buffington (Ensley), Michael Alldredge (Courtney), Nathanel Alldredge (Emma), Jacob Cheney and Abigail Green. He also leaves great grandchildren, Trayden Whelch, Kamya Chaney, Missouri Buffington and Ryker Buffington. Mr. Alldredge is survived by siblings, Helen Scruggs, Patty Smith, Steve Alldredge and Denise Allen as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
Henry Alldredge was preceded in death by his parents as well as a brother Harvey Alldredge (Maureen) and brothers-in-law, Jerry Scruggs and Charles Smith.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 17 from 11 AM – 1 PM at A.E. Carter Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 1 PM in the chapel. Interment will follow at the Madison City Cemetery.
