Harold Shelton

Thomas Harold Shelton, 75 of Madison, died November 3, 2022.  Harold was born March 12, 1947 in Monroe, GA to the late, Tom Shelton and Olena Jackson Eaton.  He worked in the construction industry as a concrete mason.  Harold served in the U.S. Army.  He loved UGA football and time spent hunting.

Harold Shelton is survived by his mother, Olena Eaton and children, Cammy Shelton, Thomas Shelton and Todd Hanson.  He leaves siblings, Lamar Eaton, Randy Eaton, Charlotte Eaton Odom, Mike Eaton, Lee Eaton, Vicky Shelton.  Grandchildren are Kendra and Alicia and great grandchildren are Levi and Lorelai.  Mr. Shelton was preceded in death by his father, Tom; a son, Tracy; and siblings, David Eaton, Carl Eaton and Charles Eaton.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 7, 2022 from Noon until 2 PM.  The funeral service will be held at 2 PM in the chapel.  Interment will follow at the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.
