William Gerald Penn of Rutledge, died on November 14, 2022.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at A.E. Carter Funeral Home from 5-7 PM. The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 18 at 11 AM in the chapel. Interment will follow at the Madison City Cemetery.
