Frederick Powell Obituary

Frederick Scott Powell(Scotty) passed away on January 2, 2020 after an extended illness. Scotty was born in 1970 and grew up in Fort Valley, GA, graduating from Peach County High School. He attended Georgia Southern University and worked for the last several years at 103 West Restaurant Group in Atlanta until his health problems in the last year kept him from continuing there. He and his wife, Anna, resided in Monroe.

Scotty is survived by his wife, Anna Powell, his brother, Ryan Powell and wife Tracy and nephew, Taylor of Macon, his mother and stepfather, Laura and Josh Wheat of Buckhead and his father, Fred Powell of Brunswick, GA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a private “Celebration of Life”.
