Franklin Roosevelt Cleveland, Sr. of Buckhead, died November 30, 2020. Frank was born in Morgan County to Allen Candler Cleveland and Rudessa Chronic Cleveland. He worked in the pipe-line industry for many years. Frank never met a stranger. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing and gardening. People would return year after year to buy tomatoes that Frank grew in his garden.

Frank Cleveland is survived by Janet McClure and son, Franklin R. Cleveland, Jr. He is also survived by his siblings, Allen Cleveland, Minnie Morgan, Ann Lashley, Luke Cleveland and Ruth Cleveland.

Arrangements will be announced later.
