Evelyn Crew Bone

Evelyn Crew Bone, 81, of Madison passed away June 4, 2023.  She was the daughter of the late, Charles Thomas Crew and Ivylyn Carter Crew.  Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Henley (Jimmy) Bone.  She was a homemaker and a member of Bethany Baptist Church.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and great granddaughter.  She also enjoyed her cows, camping, watching sports and to bake and crochet.  She is survived by three daughters and a son-in-law: Penny and Johnny Messer of Madison, April Bone of Madison and Debbie Bone of Hull.  Two grandchildren, JR Messer and Katelyn and Dusty Mines, all of Madison.  Two great grandchildren, Braelyn Kate and Henley James Mines and a brother, William Crew and Gloria as well as several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery at 11 AM.  The family will receive friends at the graveside at 10 AM.  In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to The Gideons International (www.gideons.org) or to Bethany Baptist Church.
