Ramsey Altman, Jr, 77 of Hoschton, GA, passed away on April 28, 2023. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 12:30 pm at A.E. Carter Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2 pm. Interment will follow at the Madison City Cemetery.
