Donald “Don” Aromando, born June 29, 1952, in St. Louis, Missouri, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2025.

Don had a lifelong passion for adventure and exploration.  He loved his Cats and their many Horses through the years. He was also deeply involved in supporting his wife Kathy with horse shows, cruises, and travel. Their life together of 41 years was enriched by numerous domestic moves, reflecting Don’s enthusiasm for new experiences and global connections, including his work in international sales.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathy; his sister, Susan; his brother, Richard; sister-in-law Meg Barrier-Coyle (her husband Floyd Coyle); and brother-in-law Ned Barrier. Beloved cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Don’s warmth, generosity, and spirit of adventure touched the lives of many.
