Charles W. Harwell

Charles William Harwell, 87 of Madison, passed away June 5, 2024.  Mr. Harwell was the son of Ouida and Dewitt Harwell.  He was born March 10, 1937.  Mr. Harwell was married to Eleanor Astin.  He was a member and deacon of Cornerstone Christian Center.  He enjoyed fishing, watching rodeos and spending time with his grandchildren.

Charles Harwell is survived by his wife Eleanor and two children, Clifton Harwell & LeAnne and Lynn Harwell Maynard & Ron.  His grandchildren are Tiffany Norton & Abram, Doug Maynard, Garrett Maynard and Samantha & Justin.  His great grandchildren are Calli Anne Reinke, Camden Reinke, Zane Norton, Jordan Tehee and Layla Tehee.  Mr. Harwell also leaves three siblings, Fay Cohen & Bernie, James Harwell & Patsy and Vernon Harwell.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 9 from 1-2 PM at A.E. Carter Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be held at 2 PM in the chapel.
