Cecil William Mitchell, 77 died April 20, 2020 at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin. He was a native of Morgan County. He was the son of the late James Bryant and Lenora Gunn Mitchell. Mr. Mitchell served in the United States Air Force. Mr. Mitchell is survived by his siblings, James Henry Mitchell, Glenn Edward Mitchell, Ernest Eugene Mitchell, Carl Franklin Mitchell, Clyde Mann and Mack Clinton Mitchell.
