Bruce J. Petersen

Bruce John Petersen,  67 of Madison, passed away on December 20, 2023.  Bruce was born in Perth Amboy, NJ  to the late, Robert Petersen and Jean Hapstak Petersen.  In the 1970s, he moved to Georgia.  Bruce was most recently employed with Whitestone Utility Services.  Bruce enjoyed motorcycles and was talented mechanically.  He liked to fish and will be remembered as a very giving person.

Bruce Petersen is survived by his mother, Jean Petersen and two sons, Brian Petersen & Julia and Scott Petersen.  He also leaves a grandson, Ian Petersen as well as siblings, Robert Petersen & Kathy, Doreen Dean & Tim and Kathy Allen & Stewart.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2023 in the chapel of A.E. Carter Funeral Home at 1 PM.
