Brenda (Cook) Gerber

Brenda Lucille Gerber, 76 of Rutledge, died December 6, 2022.  She was born September 1, 1946 in Louisa, KY to Burt and Lucille Cook.  She was married to Gordon Gerber and was a homemaker.  She loved her family and tending their home.  She enjoyed time spent with family, especially at the kitchen table with a hot cup of coffee.  Mrs. Gerber was a member of Madison Christian Church.

Brenda Gerber is survived by her husband, Gordon and their sons, Scott Gerber & Julie, David Gerber and Greg Gerber & Jamie.  She was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey.  She leaves grandchildren, Rebekah, Josiah, Jonathan, Dylan & Kailey, Riley & Tyler.  Mrs. Gerber is also survived by a sister, Gloria Cook.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 11, from 1-3 PM at Madison Christian Church.  The funeral service will be held at 3 PM.  Graveside services will follow at the Madison City Cemetery.
