Bobby Ray Crisp, 94, passed away on December 19, 2025. Bobby was born to William Troy Crisp and Stella Stiles Crisp in High Point, NC on November 16, 1931. Bobby served in the Marine Corp during the Korean War. Bobby was married to Huberta Alliston Crisp for 63 years. Bobby was a very talented builder and restorer of many homes and businesses in Putnam and Morgan County.
Bobby Crisp is survived by his twin brother, Billy Crisp and along with his children, Cindy and Dennis Stewart, Mike and Lavan Crisp and Debbie and Patrick Watkins. His grandchildren are Derrick and Neepa Stewart, Anna and Randall Watkins, Troy and Lindsay Crisp, Ashley and Chris Ford, Stacey Watkins, Evan Watkins and Andrew Watkins. His great grandchildren are Raylan Stewart, Dyrks Stewart, Trace Watkins and Ava Watkins, Collins Crisp, Logan Crisp and Bentley Ford. He is also survived by his Sister-in-Laws, Carolyn Crisp, Teen Harrison, Gwen Alliston, and brother-in-law, Bud Alliston and lots of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at A.E. Carter Funeral Home from 4-6 PM. The funeral service will follow in the chapel on Monday, December 22nd at 11 AM.. Interment will follow at the Madison City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to the Morgan or Putnam County Humane Society.
