Beverly (Eidson) Crowley

Beverly Jean Eidson Crowley, 85 of Madison, passed away on October 28, 2023.  Mrs. Crowley was born January 19, 1938 in Atlanta to Joel and Estelle Eidson.  They later moved to Madison where Beverly graduated from Morgan County High School.  She went on to attend the University of Georgia where she met Charles Crowley, Jr.  They were married in December of 1958.  Together they raised their four children in Madison.  Mrs. Crowley owned and operated a retail shop in Madison before going to work for and eventually retiring from the Georgia State Patrol.  She was a member of Madison Baptist Church and the Joy Sunday School Class.  She loved playing cards with her friends and was an avid Braves and Bulldog fan.  She was a great cook and enjoyed cooking for her family.  Mrs. Crowley liked to be outdoors and working in her yard. 

Mrs. Beverly Crowley is survived by her children, Cindy Patrick, Dan Crowley & Denise, Allen Crowley & Laurie and Jimmy Crowley & Rhonda.  Grandchildren are Bobby, Katie, Chace, Josh, Kimberly, Daniel, Brandon and Samantha.  Her great grandchildren are Ellie, Blakely, Colton, Everett, Connolly, Abram, Grayson, Hudson, Lila, Sawyer and Aubrey.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 1 from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM at Madison Baptist Church.  The funeral will be held at 1 with graveside services following at the Madison City Cemetery.
