Barbara Ann (League) Moore

Barbara Ann League Moore, 77, died February 1, 2022.  She was born August 30, 1944 to Vernon and Georgia Bell Brock League.  She was married to the late, Bobby Glen Moore on October 9, 1962.  As an Army family, they spent their marriage in Germany, Japan, Alabama and finally settling back in Georgia.   Mrs. Moore was a member of Centennial Baptist Church and a devoted wife and mother.

Barbara Moore is survived by her children, Donna Moore (Mary) and Steven Moore (Charlene); her grandchildren, Allison Rowland (Will), Alyssa Richards (Zack), Katie Moore-Crane and Megan Moore-Crane; and great-grandchildren, Gunnar Rowland and Whitley Rae Richards.  Also surviving is one sister, Janie Rice (Raymond).

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 4 from 5-8 PM at A.E. Carter Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 5 at 11 AM at Centennial Baptist Church.  Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
