Ann (Stewart) Singleton

Ann Singleton, born May 27, 1945, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2026.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Edgar and Martha Louise Sheppherd Stewart. Ann was known for her kind and caring spirit, always offering warmth and friendship to those around her. She found great joy in working in her yard, tending to her flowers, and spending time outdoors. The ocean held a special place in her heart, bringing her peace and happiness throughout her life.

Above all, Ann cherished her family. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her immense pride and joy.

Ann is survived by her devoted husband, Patrick Singleton; her son, Randy Singleton(Heather Phelps); her brother, Eddie Stewart(Ruby); her grandchildren, Justin Singleton, Michelle Singleton, Shelby Ivey(Parker); and her great-grandchildren, Sutton Ivey and Hudson Ivey.

Visitation will be held at A.E. Carter Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 22, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
