I worked for Connie Branch and Danny Todd on Mr Branch’s ranch after college. Lewis and I became good friends and he taught me a great deal about cattle and farming. I myself was also an Eagle Scout which Lewis and I talked at great length about. Lewis was always willing to help and I looked forward to seeing him. He was a very generous and kind man. I know he will be greatly missed, I send you my warmest sympathy. I’m sorry I could not make the funeral but you are in my prayers! - Britt S. Hulsey
