He is survived by his parents, Bill and Sharon Ross of Madison Georgia, his aunts Patricia Ross of San Diego, California, Bonnie Wooten of Todd, North Carolina, and Lyn Cutler of Smyrna, Tennessee, and by his dear and closest friends David, Kirsten, Terri and Ida Bell of Calhoun, Georgia. Bill graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and Georgia Tech, and worked with his dad at Ross Associates for over a decade. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the Georgia Planning Memorial Foundation, which can be found at www.georgiaplanning.org, or to your favorite charity.
