Chilton "Skipper" Williams, 61 of Madison, died March 25, 2019. Mr. Williams was married to Audrey Harper Williams. He worked in the construction industry. Skipper enjoyed bowling and loved time spent with grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, four children, three step-children and twenty-one grandchildren. He also leaves a sister, Lisa Hutto & Danny. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 28 from 4-6 pm at A.E. Carter Funeral Home.
