JJoseph Jerry Hilsman, a native of Madison who lived in Morgan County his entire life, passed away Friday, March 17th, 2023, at the age of 80 after a short illness. Jerry started out as a dairy farmer, but later was a grading contractor known for building ponds and lakes around the area. Jerry was also a private pilot and enjoyed flying with his family for many years.
