Juliette (Adcock) Moss

Mrs. Juliette Adcock Moss, 94 of Madison, passed away on March 20, 2024. She was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was loved by all who knew her especially the grands who called her “Mimi.” She was always willing to lend a helping hand whether it be washing dishes, cooking meals, cleaning, or taking care of any and all of her grandchildren and great grands. The stories that she would tell from the wealth of knowledge she had acquired the 94 years she was here on earth were intriguing. What a sweet reunion she had with her husband, her mother and father, her son, and the many family and friends who had gone on before her as she entered Heaven’s Gates.

Juliette was preceded in death by her husband Farris Moss and son David Moss. She is survived by her son Dennis Moss (Mary Loyd) and daughter in law Peggy. Her grandchildren are David Moss (Brandi), Jamie Moss Stafford (Chad), Chad Moss (Kelly), Jon Moss (April), Josh Moss, Lauran Shannon (Robby), Claire Shannon (Taylor), and Matthew Moss (Ellie). Her great grandchildren are Brady, Emmy, Lizzie, Lucy, Coley, Mae, Tillie, Ruthy, Caroline, Logan, Jack, Ryan, Dylan, Avery, Gunner, Gray, Jake, Jack, Evan and Kylie.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 24 from 1-3 PM at A.E. Carter Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held in the chapel at 3 PM. Interment will follow at the Madison City Cemetery.
